Cycle Trainer was developed to assist pro and amateur coaches/cyclists with their training requirements and was developed especially for competitive and Olympic level training:

Start commissaires start your races with Cycle Trainer. Athletes and coaches train for race starts with Cycle Trainer. Choose from a selection of starts.

• Interval Start - Repeating interval start with presets for 30 seconds, 45 seconds, 60 seconds or select an interval from 6 to 60 seconds. Tones are heard at 30 seconds, 15 seconds, the last 5 seconds and 0. Suitable for Mountain Bike (MTB) and Downhill events.

• Track Start - Counts down the last 50 seconds before the start or select an interval from 6 to 60 seconds. Tones are heard at 30 seconds, 10 seconds, the last 5 seconds and 0. Suitable for international level track events.

• MTB Start - Starting at an interval from 6 to 60 seconds, the MTB start counts down the last 5 seconds with tones and an airhorn blast at 0.

• BMX Start - Plays the random gate start cadence used in international BMX events ( “OK RIDERS RANDOM START”, “RIDERS READY – WATCH THE GATE”, random delay, tones). A new random delay is used for every start. Riders can practice on their own by setting the timer for delayed starts.

• Option to set timer to repeat when time interval completes

• Total elapsed start count and time is displayed



Instructions:


• Select Start type
• Adjust the interval between starts if required
• Tap "Start" button to start the timer

• Tap the i button to change the Interval Timer Repeat and Start Timer Repeat settings
• Tap the "Reset" button to reset the elapsed start count and time display to zero

Warning: 

Cycle Trainer runs in the foreground. The Auto-Lock setting is ignored preventing your device from going to sleep. Return to the the Home screen when done using Cycle Trainer to preserve battery life.
